O.k., please “read” me out because my dad has had it since the early 70’s: He has many different ointments he uses that were doctor prescribed, BUT one of many things he used was ultraviolet treatments and, several yrs. ago, a series of cortisone shots. i have found this information for you..i use apple cider vinegar for many things and have always found it to be very effective. i do not have psoriasis, but have offered the suggestion to a friend who does..
I Have psoriasis and prescriptions didn`t seem to work. Somone else told me to use turmeric capcules, i did and had no more itching or rashes! Also that was 3 years ago and I still have no problems. It is worth a try and hopefully it will work for u too.

For starters, wash your hair with pine tar soap. You can get it in bar or liquid form from http://www.lehmans.com or do a search for it on ebay at http://www.ebay.com. There are several sellers on ebay that make it themselves and sell it on ebay. After you wash your hair with pine tar soap, the final rinse should be with a solution of 25% apple cider vinegar and 75% water. Do not rinse this off. Towel dry your hair and you’ll see and feel the difference within 4 hours. Repeat this procedure every time you wash your hair. Whenever you use a blow dryer to dry your hair, you are causing more harm by removing even more moisture from the area than if you towel or drip-dry.

For psoriasis in other areas, add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath water and soak for 20 minutes – then bathe normally. Do not rinse off under the shower. When you dry off with a towel, pat yourself dry rather than rubbing yorself with the towel.

In addition, eat at least one salad a day with apple cider vinegar & olive oil as the dressing – or ingest at least a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in some way every day. You’ll be amazed at the results.

Neem oil will fix your scalp, and neem bark capsules will cure you.
Neem oil smells like burned garlic. Use it at night when you go to bed and it is very oily, like olive oil. I suppose if you can sleep with a stocking cap that will help. In the mornings, shampoo with a gentle neem based shampoo. now for the neem bark capsules. take 3 a day for a month, then 1 a day for another month. I am pretty sure you will never have the psoriasis again.
Tea tree oil and tar oil are ok for a little while, but neem really works!!

I have had Psoriasis for most of my life, but not a bad enough case to get the expensive treatments. I like to use Auaphor( OTC) and also Sebulux shampoo., though I do not use this daily. I do not use soap, except on the most important places and only clean my face with regular cold cream. I must avoid the sun, as I have had Basil Cell Carcinoma removed from my face. Hello.
I have been working with alternative medicine for some 14 years and have come across Psoriasis quite often. What I can say to start with is that this is a symptom that is very possible to treat but also very hard to treat since it is generally both of genetic origin and also caused due to long term negative impact on your digest system, liver and toxic output via the skin.
Psoriasis is generated by toxicities imposed through Leaking Gut Syndrome. This is caused by an inherited weakness were the bowel easily get microscopic holes. I have the beginning of psoriasis. But it’s vanishing. I put a lot of lotion onto my hands. Then I wrap frozen meat with a towel and put it onto my hands. It cools the heat that’s inside my hands. And it doesn’t itch any more. But you should use a lotion tha suits you, You should try it. It helped me. I hope it will help you too.
